L A/C Reginald Evans
RAF 76 Squadron
This photograph shows my late father Leading Aircraftman 1046594 Reginald Evans (top right) who served with 76 Squadron, although I have no information on any others depicted on the photograph or where it was taken I believe it to be at Holme on Spalding Moor but if any one can recognise anyone or provide any information regarding any of his friends I would be grateful.
I have also searched for a squadron photograph of 76 Squadron with ground crew surrounding and seated on a Halifax Bomber. My father was positioned on the one of the engines, again if anyone can provide a copy or where I could find one I would be eternally grateful.
My father passed away in 1960 before I was old enough to know him or discuss any of his life and I would appreciate any knowledge any one may have of him. He was based at Goosepool (Middleton St George), Linton and Spalding on the Moor.
