501199 Mary Wainwright Women's Land Army My mother, Mary Wainwright, was in the Land Army during the 2nd World War. I have photographs of her on the farm and with the horses. I believe she was with a farmer and his family in the Yorkshire Dales. Sadly she died in 1976.
