Leading Stoker Cyril Douglas Rudd

Royal Navy HMS Diane, HMS Ceres, HMS Vindictive

1st ship. HMS Diane - a few months in 1939, I was a Stoker. Shore based for 6 months then tranferred to HMS Ceres - two and half years(1941-43) - Leading Stoker. HMS Vindictive - 18 months (1944-45) Petty Officer.
