251583 Frederic Loren "Nub" Sims US Army from:Shoals, Indiana Loren Sims was my Uncle and I was always told that he served in WWII and was taken prisoner and held as a POW. I started researching a little this evening in an attempt to see what I could find. I was able to verify his service in WW II US Army Enlistment Records website and his position as POW via the National Archives which lists his camp as, Stalag 7A Moosburg Bavaria 48-12 (Work Camps 3324-46 Krumbachstrasse 48011, Work Camp 3368 Munich 48-11). My wonderful Uncle, who did his service for our great Country.
