247995 Pte. Edward Victor Yeomans British Army My father, Edward Yeomans was known as the Battalion rabbit. He was sent into the villages in France to draw sniper fire his superior would see where shot was coming from and take them out. He was either very fast or maybe he was not liked.
I learned this info recently 30 yrs after his death.
