British Army Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers
from:Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
My grandfather, Harry Taylor of Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, enlisted in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers in 1942 and served as a motorcycle dispatch rider in France, Holland and Belgium. He was medically discharged in early 1945. I don't know a lot about his service so if anyone on this site could help me with any information that would be great.
