Flying Officer (Pilot) Wilson Hadley was the son of Charles Hadley and of Ellen Hadley (nee Hawke) of Amberley, Canterbury, New Zealand and husband of Esme Elizabeth Hadley of St. Albans, Christchurch, Canterbury.
He was 30 years old when he died and is buried in the Orslev Churchyard St. in a Joint grave in Denmark.
