Harry Twidle was part of the British Expeditionary Force and the North African Force of the 4th Battalion, Green Howards. I have countless letters from my father, Harry='s, account of his time during the war. I am an author and presently writing a romance novel 'Harold The Good Soldier' which I hope will be published in the future. It is inspired by the letters.
