227950 Ida Relton Women's Auxiliary Air Force Motor Transport Section My mother, Ida Relton, served in the Motor Transport Section of the WAAF and used to fall asleep at the drop of a hat. She often amused us with tales of actually sleeping through an attack during the London Blitz.
