227271 David William Dransfield My father, David William Dransfield, is on two of the photographs shown on this website taken in Stalag 8b. He was a POW for five years and kept a war log of events which took place in Stalag 8b. This log includes lots of photos and cartoons. His medals and some memorabilia are on display in the war museum, (Eden Camp) at Malton, East Yorkshire. My father died in 1985.
