LAC James Leslie Warnock.

Royal Air Force 76 Sqd

electrician

Additional Information:

My father, 'Les' Warnock, who died a number of years ago, served as a Leading Aircraftsman (LAC) with 76 Squadron during the Second World War. He was an electrician by trade when the war started, and indeed remained so all his life. He served at Linton-on-Ouse, Middleton-St George, Holme-upon-Spalding-Moor, then Poona in India immediately after the War ended. I have a copy of his service records as well as my own brief memories of conversations. I have been something of a family genealogist for quite a few years and would always be interested in finding out more.
