My daughter is learning about the Second World War. I remembered that my grandad, Andrew Ferguson Hepburn, made me a wooden jewellery box with a hidden compartment in which he put a photo of himself in it. He has written on the back HMS Mauritius 1943 to 1945 (28years old). This has prompted me to find out as much as I can about my grandad and wish I'd done this years ago!
