208751 Gnr. George Herbert Titley British Army Royal Artillery My wife's father, George Herbert Titley, was captured at the fall of Crete in 1941. He was taken to Berlin after an escape attempt and eventually to Stalag VIIIB in Poland. In 1945 he was part of the, so called, death march. He had signed up having lied about his age. My wife would like to hear any stories relating to the Royal Artillery who had similar experiences.
