Ft.Lt. Arthur Benjemin "Mobs" Mobley AFC.

Royal Air Force 37 Squadron

from:Brandon

My father, Arthur Mobely served at Feltwell in 1939/40 with 37 Squadron.

Additional Information:

I did not know A B Mobley but found a photograph of him with my parents' old photographs, next to a Handley Page Harrow Heavy Bomber. I would be happy to pass on this photograph to his family or to your archive. There are 2 possible connections to my parents' friends and family that I know of. My father did have a good friend who was in the RAF and was killed during the war. He was called John Freeman Nicholson and he came from Carlisle. Possibly A B Mobley was a friend or colleague of his? Also, my uncle was a RAF driver, based near Carlisle during the war, as I think his health was poor, so again, he could have been a contact.

If any of the A B Mobley family would like to have the original, I'd be happy to send it.
