204674 Dvr. G. H. Fuller British Army 716 Coy Royal Army Service Corps I am trying to piece together the crash site of the glider which G.H. Fuller was in on D-Day along with a war correspondent and a Lieut plus jeep trailer and explosives etc. on Operation Tonga. I believe driver Fuller was taken as POW, my uncle (the pilot) died on landing. The glider was one of four assigned to land on zone V for the attack on Merville. I hope that I have not stirred up any bad memories with this request if so then I must apologise,but if anyone can supply any info I would be very grateful.
