110706 Harry Williams Army 1st Airborne Division from:Penmaenmawr, Wales my name is Ruud Slangen and I live in the Netherlands. Being very interested in what happened in my country 64 years ago I do research on the Battle of Arnhem. I also give battle-tours on the Arnhem-Oosterbeek environment.
A couple of weeks ago two of my guests came from Wales. Robert's former father-in-law was an Arnhem veteran, Harry Williams, who passed away in 1973.
Due to ptivate circumstances, no further details are known, accept that Mr Williams lived in Penmaenmawr in Wales and that he owned a fish and chip shop. No army number nore unit.
Who can help me out finding this veterans unit or army number?
