108726 Patrick Hughes British Army from:50 Whin Street, Clydebank, Scotland I am looking for any information on my grandad Patrick Hughes (paddy or pat) He was captured during ww2 I think at Dunkirk. My mum was seven when he went away and was fourteen when he came back. My granpas best pal during the war was the actor David Farrar and he brought him home when he came home and apparently all the women were swooning as he was a heartthrob. My Grandpa would not talk about what happened exceept he had a crude operation performed while captured. I loved my grandpa very much and he lived to the age of 83 years passing away in 1989. I would be grateful for any information no matter how small, or photos if anyone has any thanking you Mary Craig
