Navigator F/O. Leslie Mellor and pilot Lt D. D.Button flew in Squadron 107 in Mosquito NS855 OM-Q, nickname Q-Bitch because it always flew 5 mph slower than other planes at the same throttle setting. He is featured in the book, Second Tactical Air Force Volume 2, on pages 331 and 332, which includes photos.
Les will turn 100 in February 2020.
