Canadian Army Lincoln and Welland Regiment

from:St. Catharines, Ontario

Ken Rowland joined the Lincoln and Welland Militia at age 13 and the active regiment at the age of 15. He served as a signaler to the Colonel through France and as B Company signaler through Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. He was awarded the order of Bronze Cross by Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands at the end of the war.
