George Edgar Martin

Royal Canadian Air Force

from:Toronto, ON Canada

My father, George Martin spoke of his service in the RCAF, specifically, so fondly of Montrose, Scotland. I wish I knew more about his time overseas. He was a Pilot all his remaining years after the war. During the war, he flew Lancaster Bombers. I would be delighted to hear from others who might know more about Montrose, the RCAF presence there and anything about his squadron. His best friend was Bud Willamson, also a pilot from Toronto ON Canada.

George Martin, somewhere in the UK.
