WO1. Frank Claud Williams

Royal Canadian Air Force 14 (Pilot) Advanced Flying Unit

from:Vancouver, BC Canada

Frank Williams was my grandfather. He passed away around 1985. I don't know very much about his story in the war. I am trying to find out more.

I know he served at RAF Ossington with 14 (Pilot) Advanced Flying Unit, Training Command. Someone posted that they were trying to find a man she only knew as Ginge on account of his red hair and his friends Brian "Tex" Bartingdale and Nobby. Perhaps Ginge was my grandfather as he had red hair.
