Albert Hall, believed to be taken in January 1945

His standard response to any complaint of the cold was You don't know cold son unless you've been on the Russian convoys. I only know of one shipmate of his who was John Dalton At the moment my family and I are just embarking on tracing his activities during his service between March 1943 and August 1946, My Dad died in 1985 and I would love to be able to locate anyone who remembers him and served along side him.
