Ronald George Jones

Royal Air Force 613 Squadron

from:London

My father Ronald Jones was a navigator wireless operator flying with 613 Squadron before reporting to HQ Air Command South East Asia on the 29th September 1945. Two days later he was transferred to the Santa Cruz Airport as an Assistant Adjutant until 20 July 1946. My mother has memories of my father traveling to Delhi with the Adjutant and staying in the silver part of a palace to attending meetings. We don't have any information to support this but the timing coincides with the Indian mutiny. Any information about my late father would be most appreciated.
