Pte. Ernest Edward Fox

Canadian Army Seaforth Highlanders of Canada

from:Brockville, Ontario

My Dad Ernest Fox was very proud to serve with the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada. He was very young when he joined up. He served in Italy where he lost both legs and suffered lacerations to face, hands and thighs. Dad was a platoon runner and was hit by a mortar shell. Dad never talked about what he went through and it never stopped him from doing anything.
