George Jarvis, flew as a Pilot with 407 Squadron. His aircraft did not return from a coastal patrol over the North Sea. He and the other crew members were presumed dead on 24th of March1944. George was the dearly loved foster son of Ethel Clarke and foster brother of Muriel and Gordon Clarke. His memory is sustained by their children and grand children.
