My great grandfatherm Ted Elwick, served with 258 Squadron, RAF, during WW2. He never spoke about what he did, but as a child, I remember him having nightmares about it. He sadly passed away in 2016 joining his beloved wife who passed away earlier in the year. We have his squadron badge as well as his service book. We still do not know what he did to this day and would like to know more about what they did during the war.
