My grandfather, Burle White, nicknamed Toby, served with the US Army's 1st Armored Division, 6th Armored Infantry Regiment during World War II, in North Africa and Italy between 1943 and 1945. We believe that he fathered a child in Italy in 1944 or 1945. Her name is possibly Jotoa White or Jotoa Blanco, her mother's name is possibly Margherita Pomo. We would like to hear from anyone with information.
