69th Infantry Brigade



   69th Infantry Brigade served with 23rd and 50th (Northumberland) Division. They saw action in The Battle of France, the Middle East, North Africa Sicily and North Western Europe. It was made up of
  • 5th Battalion, East Yorkshire Regiment
  • 6th Battalion, Green Howards
  • 7th Battalion, Green Howards
  • 69th Infantry Brigade Anti-Tank Company (formed 1st September 1940, disbanded 1st January 1941)
