300440 Pte. Thomas McNeill British Army 18th Btn. Durham Light Infantry Thomas McNeill served with D Company 18th Durham Light Infantry.
He fought at the Somme and suffered with trench foot which troubled him until he died at 84.
His medals were stolen from his Grandson in a burglary, there is a reward if anyone can trace them. They were in their original worn leather boxes with ribbons. He treasured them and wore them on remembrance day.
