(d.2nd July 1916)
James Williss was my Great Uncle who died before I was born. All I know is that he was born and grew up in Rugeley, Stafford shire.During WW1 he served with 16th Battalion, King's Royal Rifle Corps. His duty location was France and Flanders.
James died 2nd of July 1916 and is remembered on the Loos Memorial

I have added a photo of his headstone memorial which is located in the Wolsley Road Cemetery in Rugeley.
