John Deakin British Army 14th Battalion Gloucestershire Regiment (d.22nd October 1917) John Deakin was born in January 1897 and was originally in the Herefordshire Regiment when he joined up, but was transferred to the Gloucestershire Regiment. He was killed at Houthulst Forest in Belgium.
