246331 L/Cpl. Arthur David James Edwards British Army 8th Btn. C Coy. East Surrey Regiment from:Bedford (d.18th September 1918) Arthur Edwards was born in Bedford, son of S. Arthur and Laura C. Edwards. He served with C Coy. 8th Battalion, East Surrey Regiment and was killed in action on 18th of September 1918 aged 20 years Somme, France and is buried in Ste. Emilie Valley Cemetery, Villers-Faucon.
