Northamptonshire Regiment from:Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire (d.17th February 1917) William Dean was married to Nellie Maud Rance on September 6th, 1913, at the Parish Church, Great Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire, England. He was a Painter at the Chemical Works, at Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire, England before the war. His parents were Joseph Dean and Elizabeth Matilda Cook both of Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire. May he rest in peace where he lay, never to be found at the end of day, his dear wife so she mourned at hearing his death, they gave her 13 shillings 6 pence his only effects.
