George Pannell joined the Army Service Corp (Motor Transport) as a driver on 6th of June 1915.
He was attached to 116th Siege Battery (Ammunition Column), Royal Garrison Artillery and was last seen during heavy hostile fire and sudden German Advance on night of 26th/27th of May 1918.
He was posted missing, presumed killed.
George is remembered on Tyne Cot Memorial in Belgium.
