231265 Pte. Frank Vivian Davies Australian Imperial Force 36th Btn. from:Coolamon, New South Wales Frank Davies was a taylor and cutter in Coolamon NSW near Wagga Wagga. Frank was the eldest child in his family and joined the Army aged 26yrs old. Frank was also the President of the Coolamon Gun Club. Frank was mildly wounded but remained on duty at the battle of Villers Bretonneux in which he had been reassigned to the 33rd Battalion. Frank survived the war and joined the Army again during World War 2 as a taylor.
