Royal Navy HMS Amphion

HMS Amphion was the first Royal Naval ship to be sunk in World War 1. It hit a mine whilst returning to Harwich. Approximately 150 sailors were lost.
Leading Stoker Reginald Penhorwood Tucker has no known grave but is commemorated on the Plymouth Naval Memorial.
