2nd Lt. Frank Seely served with the 1st Battalion, Hampshire Regiment. and was killed in action in April 1917 in the Battle of Arras aged 21.
He is buried in the Haute-Asvesnes British Cemetery in France.
He was the son of John Edward Bernard Seely, 1st Baron Mottistone and Emily Florence Crichton
