Corporal William Murphy served with the 13th Brigade, Australian Artillery, AIF durig WW1 and was killed in action on the 10th October 1917, aged 26. He is buried in Vlamertinghe New Military Cemetery in Belgium.
Son of James & Agnes Murphy. Much loved brother of May, Ellen, Agnes & Jim and a much loved husband of Maud (nee Hennessey).
