William Pate

William Pate served as a Shoeing Smith with 265th Brigade, Royal Field Artillery during WW1 and died of influenza on the 23rd January 1919, aged 28. He is buried in the Kantara War Memorial Cemetery in Egypt.
He was the husband of Annie Mary Pate, of 17, Barracks Rd., Burnley.
