Pte. George Tipping
British Army 27th Btn. Cameronian Scottish Rifles

George Tipping served with the 9th Battalion Cameronian Scottish Rifles and was injured prior to the Battle of Loos.
George died from his wounds on the 22nd of September 1915, three days before the main battle of Loos. He his buried in Bethune Town Cemetery, France.
His brother Alfred Tipping MM who served in the same unit was killed on the 22nd of October 1916.
