James O'shaughnessy Beveridge was the son of John F. Beveridge, B.L. and Jane Beveridge, of 33 Belgrave Square, Rathmines, Co. Dublin
He served with the 137th Field Ambulance of the Royal Army Medical Corps. He was killed in France in November 1917 and is buried inLebucquiere Communal Cemetery Extension.
