Geoffrey Selwyn Barrow was the son of Gen. Sir Edmund George Barrow and Lady Barrow, of Dublin; and the husband of M. Clothilde Sejalon Barrow
He served with the Royal Field Artillery and was attached to the 8th Divisional Army Cyclist Corps.
He died of sickness aged 27 in December 1918, and is buried in the Lyon (La Guillotiere) Old Communal Cemetery, Rhone, France.
