William Duxbury was the son of Edmund Duxbury and Elizabeth Ann Duxbury (Nee Wilkinson) of 13 Cromwell Street, Blackbun, Lancashire. He was born 15/8/1895
and died of wounds at Poperinghe 16/3/1916, he is buried in Poperinghe New Military Cemetery. Remembered with honour
