1777 Pte. William Dunn British Army 1/24th Btn. London Regiment from:Camberwell, London William Dunn joined the territorials in June 1913. He went to France on 15th March 1915 (aged 29) and was wounded at Erquingham on 14th October 1918. He was demobilised in London on 1st March 1919. His service record indicates he was posted on the western front for the entire period and would, presumably, have been involved in the Battle of Messines as he was not absent from his unit at any time during June 1917. Unfortunately I cannot find any information about what happened to him after the end of the war or when he died.
