Samuel Brown was killed in action on the 3rd fo April 1917 and buried in Aubigny Communal Cemetery Extension in France.
Prior to enlisting he was a weaver at Messrs. Collinge bros., Mill, Burnley Wood. He lived at 4 Burton Street, Burnley.
