Frederick Gill was killed in action on the 31st of May 1916 during the Battle of Jutland, he was aged 25.
The son of Frederick Massey Gill and Annie Beatrice Gill, of 131, Church St., Lower Edmonton, London. He was educated at Enfield Grammar School. For 7 years he worked for the North British and Mercantile Insurance Coy., London. He was present at Battle of Heligoland Bight in August 1914.
