My dad Gordon Redman was in the second world war as a sapper. his regiment was essex fortress 469 medium company 74 battery AA royal engineers. He was a cook in Oswestry where he met J B Priestly and he was at Languard fort Felixstowe and Mistly. It would be nice to hear from anyone who knew him.
