I am trying to obtain a complete record of my fathers service in the RAF and the citation for his DFC. I only have rough details, ie: he joined the RAF in 1938/39, broke his service in 1947 then rejoined 1950/51. When he rejoined he dropped a rank to Flt Lnt. He was in other Squadrons as well as 115 but most of his operations were carried out in 115 Squadron in 1941 flying Wellington Bombers. He died in 1988 aged 75 years.
