237007 Gnr. Sidney Walter Giddings British Army 2nd Searchlight Regiment Royal Artillery from:Edmonton, London My dad, Sid Giddings, was wounded 30th April 1945. He lost his left arm, right leg and two other limbs had gunshot wounds. Although it shows he served in the 21st Searchlight Regiment his real unit was a 25 Pounder crew. I do not know which one and I am having a great deal of trouble trying to trace this 25 Pounder unit.
