Spr. Ivor George Arthur Howell

British Army 701 Coy. Royal Engineers

from:Gloucester

Ivor Howell , my late father, enlisted at Gloucester on 22nd of March 1940, posted to 701 Coy at Chatham on 8th April 1940, passed TT Pioneer Eii on 9th June 1940. Later posted to 701 Gen Cons Coy and 701 AW Coy (North Africa, Italy etc). He was discharged in the 3rd of July 1946.

I have received his service documents from Glasgow but any other information would be much appreciated. Is there a Regimental Diary which could be consulted?
